The system protects the building structure through permanent monitoring of temperature and humidity (dew point). We intervene specifically before mold develops: either through automatic dew point regulation of the air conditioning or – in new constructions – through motorized cross-ventilation. This way, energy is only consumed when physically necessary to prevent damage.

During the planning phase, we ensure that safety-relevant systems such as access, alarm, and shading remain self-sufficient. We achieve this through UPS systems (uninterruptible power supply) that buffer fluctuations. For existing PV systems, we also ensure emergency power capability so that the house continues to operate in a controlled manner or shuts down safely, without data loss.

Here, we clearly distinguish between toys and professional technology. For new constructions, we consistently rely on wiring (KNX). For retrofitting, instead of interference-prone Wi-Fi, we use an exclusive radio channel in the protected 868MHz range. Through strategically placed bidirectional access points, we penetrate even massive walls and guarantee uninterrupted signal transmission.

Yes. The intelligence is located locally in your home, not in the cloud. Light and shade always work. For remote control, we rely on hybrid redundancy: We primarily connect the system via fiber optic/copper and additionally secure it via a 5G/GSM connection. If one line fails, the other automatically takes over.

Absolutely – that is the core of ‘Smart’. We program the house completely tailored to the user with simple scenes: a single button press activates ‘Evening ambiance’ (lights dimmed, music on, blinds down) or the ‘Away’ mode. Holiday guests intuitively operate wall switches without ever having to open an app.

A professionally programmed system detects deviations, often before a malfunction occurs. Through careful parameterization according to manufacturer specifications, the system monitors itself. In case of irregularities, we, as the integrator, receive a notification and can often intervene remotely before you, as a resident, even find yourself in the cold.
